We have one day left in Turkey! Our last mission is to eat a Shish Kebab, a food so delicious and so quintessentially Turkish that it is an embarrassment we have gone this long without it. Moussaka, we love you; Lamacun, you rescued us from hunger many times; Cigkofte, you are weird and wonderful; and Shish Kebab...hang on, we're coming.
